At BG First, we believe that care is not just a ministry—it’s a lifestyle. Through compassionate presence and intentional hospitality, our Care & Hospitality Ministry exists to love deeply, welcome warmly, and serve faithfully.

This ministry is the heartbeat of how we LOVE people at every stage—through presence, prayer, meals, encouragement, and support during life’s high and low tides.
What We Do
Care Visits: We visit members who are hospitalized, grieving, or in crisis.
Meal Trains: Coordinated meals for families experiencing illness, surgery, new babies, or other life transitions.
Prayer Support: Dedicated prayer team covering needs submitted by the church family.
Encouragement Cards: Handwritten notes of care and Scripture to uplift and connect.
Funeral & Memorial Support: Compassionate coordination and hospitality for families grieving loss.
Greeters & First Impressions Team: Friendly faces at every door—Sunday mornings, events, and special gatherings.
