About Our Church
BG First Church of the Nazarene is located in Bowling Green, Kentucky, and has faithfully served our community for generations.
Today, we’re writing a new chapter.
We’re committed to helping people Love God, Grow Together, and Serve Others while creating a church where every person feels welcomed, valued, and encouraged to take their next step with Christ.
As a church, we’re investing intentionally in revitalization, discipleship, leadership development, and the next generation.

Approximately 12 hours per week

Lead Pastor
Schedule
Sunday mornings plus flexible weekly ministry hours
Funding
Initial 12-month position funded through our Next Gen Ministry Fund with the opportunity for continued employment as ministry and funding grow.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Your Ministry
You’ll help lead ministries serving children and students from nursery through high school by:

Creating engaging Sunday ministry environments

Recruiting and encouraging volunteers
-
Building relationships with families
-
Planning and organizing ministry activities
-
Supporting discipleship and spiritual growth
-
Helping develop future ministry opportunities
More than anything, you’ll help children and students know and follow Jesus.
